The Art of Marriage
Art of Marriage is a safe and supportive place designed to help couples deepen their relationships through understanding themselves and their partners and exploring the ingredients to intimacy that every couple desires. Class discussions explore topics such as ingredients of secure connection, communication, conflict management, emotions, beliefs, and our mind/brain. Come and join us on this journey of discovery and building fulfilling relationships no matter what stage of life you are in. Repeat participants will get the benefit of building and strengthening upon their knowledge, practice and tools.

This four-week class will discuss the beliefs and expectations we bring into our marriage, explore our needs and desires, and learn about intimacy, trust and conflict resolution as ingredients for deeper relationship and connection. The sessions will be led by Teresa Chiu, marriage and relationship coach. Come eat, have fun, learn about each other, and connect with other couples in a supportive and encouraging community, as we walk together on one of life’s most challenging and rewarding paths, marriage.

The Art of Marriage
Unlock the secrets of a thriving marriage in our 6-week Parent Express class! Join facilitators Teresa Chiu as she dives into “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work” by world-renowned marriage and relationship researcher, John Gottman, PhD. Discover a supportive community, share lessons from 22 years of marriage, and have a blast while strengthening your relationship. Book included with registration – let’s journey together!
Couples encouraged to register and attend together (one registration per couple). Childcare offered, learn more about MERGE youth program for kids 4th-12th grades on Wednesday nights here.
